At the beginning of March, I finally decided to order myself a crock pot. Am I ever glad I did because I use it almost on a weekly basis and my husband has yet to complain about it! This morning I baked a loaf of Irish Soda Bread and I have already eaten 1/3 of the loaf as soon as it came out of the oven! Even my 10 month old loved it! I loved the fact that it was quick and easy to make with ingredients that I already had on hand.
